1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Comedy Clipper ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Comedy Clipper is a desktop application that automatically segments comedy show recordings into individual performer clips. The Application processes video locally on your device and optionally integrates with Google Drive for clip sharing.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to your video recordings and generated clips. Comedy Clipper does not claim ownership of any content you process through the Application.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record, process, and distribute any content you use with the Application. This includes obtaining consent from performers where required by law.

4. Google Drive Integration

The Application's Google Drive integration is optional. If you choose to connect your Google account:

• The Application will only access files it creates in your Google Drive.
• You can disconnect at any time from the Application settings.
• Your use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
• Redistribute or sublicense the Application without authorization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that clip segmentation will be perfectly accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comedy Clipper and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
